Website terms

Terms of use

Last updated: 1 November 2026. These Terms govern your access to Trading Hub, a website providing browser-based trading calculators and general educational explanations. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These Terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws that apply to you.

1. Website operator

Trading Hub is the public website name. The operator must publish the legal name of the person or business responsible for the website before commercial advertising is enabled. A monitored legal/privacy email address must be configured and published before advertising is enabled. Trading Hub is an independent calculator website. It is not a bank, broker, exchange, trading venue or financial institution.

2. Services provided

The website provides calculators and educational explanations for trading-related figures, including Forex position size, pip value, profit and loss, margin, risk/reward, drawdown, break-even, swap, trading costs and hypothetical compound growth. The tools use values supplied by the visitor and the assumptions described on the relevant pages. The current release does not execute, arrange or transmit trades; hold funds; open brokerage accounts; connect to broker accounts; provide live market prices; or provide account management.

3. No financial, investment, legal or tax advice

All calculators, examples and explanations are general information and mathematical tools. They are not personalized financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, solicitation, offer or instruction to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument. Trading Hub does not assess your financial circumstances, objectives, experience or risk tolerance. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to trade. Seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional if you need advice about your circumstances.

4. User inputs and broker-specific assumptions

You are responsible for entering and checking the relevant values, including account balance, risk amount, entry and exit prices, account currency, conversion rates, pip or tick conventions, contract size, volume increments, leverage, margin rules, commission, spread, swap and other costs. These may differ by broker, instrument, account type, jurisdiction and time. A calculator cannot infer every broker rule. Unless a tool expressly includes an input, its result may exclude spreads, slippage, financing adjustments, taxes, market gaps, partial fills, execution delays, dynamic margin tiers and other charges. Check the result against current broker documentation before relying on it.

5. No promise of results or uninterrupted service

The website and its tools are provided on an as-available basis. The operator may change, correct, suspend or remove any feature, formula, content or page. The operator does not promise uninterrupted availability, that every calculation will be suitable for every broker or instrument, or that the site will be free from errors. Automated tests are not a substitute for independent professional review, broker certification or validation against your own account conditions.

6. Trading and financial risk

Trading leveraged products involves substantial risk. Leverage can magnify losses, and actual execution may differ from an estimate because of volatility, liquidity, gaps, slippage, spreads, margin close-outs or broker rules. A calculated position size or risk/reward ratio does not guarantee a maximum loss or a profitable outcome. You may lose some or all of your trading capital. Read the Risk Disclosure page before using the tools for trading decisions.

7. Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful personal or business calculations. You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, introduce malware, reverse engineer or misuse the service, scrape or republish material in violation of applicable law or third-party rights, or use the website to facilitate unlawful activity. The operator may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or third parties.

8. Intellectual property and third-party names

Unless a page states otherwise, the website design, original text, graphics, branding and software are owned by the operator or used under license. You may not copy or redistribute substantial portions of the website without permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party company, broker, platform and instrument names are used only for identification or explanation; their owners retain their respective rights. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, certification or endorsement.

9. Advertising and external links

The website may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense, if the operator is approved and chooses to enable them. Advertisements will be distinguishable from the website’s own tools and content. The operator does not control and does not endorse every advertised product or external website. Do not interpret an advertisement as a recommendation or verification by Trading Hub. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator excludes implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms guarantees that a calculator result will match a broker’s platform or actual trade execution. You remain responsible for checking all inputs and decisions.

11. Changes to the website or these Terms

The operator may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, its services, legal requirements or advertising arrangements. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Your continued use after an update takes effect indicates acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a change materially affects users, the operator should provide notice where required.

12. Applicable law and contact details

Applicable law and dispute procedures are determined by the laws that apply to the actual operator and user. No exclusive governing-law clause or dispute venue is asserted here without confirmation of the operator’s legal location and appropriate legal review. Trading Hub is the public website name. The operator must publish the legal name of the person or business responsible for the website before commercial advertising is enabled. A monitored legal/privacy email address must be configured and published before advertising is enabled.
